Are your products organic?
Yes. Our herbs are grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilisers, and we know the grower or maker behind every product.
Can I take herbs with my medication?
Please speak with your doctor before starting any herb or supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing or taking medication.
How do I know which products suit me?
Book a consultation with Talia. She will look at your constitution and goals and recommend only what suits you.
Can I return an opened product?
For your safety, opened herbs, supplements, teas, oils and soaps cannot be returned. If anything arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, write to us within thirty days and we will replace it or refund you.
How do the yoga and breathwork sessions work?
They are private, online and mainly one on one. Send an enquiry and Talia will reply to arrange a time.
